Afrolux Luminance implements its sustainability strategy through the corporate function “Sustainability”. This function is led by the Task Manager and has a pan-African responsibility. The Task Manager reports directly to the Chairman of the Managing Board who is in constant interaction with all other organizational units. This way Afrolux Luminance ensures the implementation of sustainability aspects into all company levels and its underlying activities.

The establishment of a high environmental standard, the promotion of the health of our employees and the securing of a safe working environment are the requisites for shaping a sustainable future. Hence, our HSE performance is an important part of the overall sustainable performance of Afrolux Luminance
